Broadcom 440x 10/100 Inergrated Controller-NO WI-FI??

hi guys, i purchased an inspiron e1505 with the basic Broadcom 440x 10/100 Inergrated Controller network card, and....I cant see any wifi conection. i went into bios, and it said there is no wifi device. I downloaded new WLAN drivers and net card drivers, and new bios, but it still dont work. i would appreciate it if someone could help me. thanks.

The Broadcom controller is an ethernet network adapter and has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with wireless.   Go into Device Manager, expand the listings for Network Adapters.   Is there a wireless network adapter listed there?

There is only broadcom ethernet controller. I bought this laptop on ebay.com and in description there was such info like Dell Wireless 1390 Mini Card, You can even check my service tag: there is some info about wireless, is it possible that they didnt install this card, how can I check it?? I have opened bottom C/M lid but there is only memory module and conexant modem, nothing else.

You should edit your post and remove your service tag number.  Otherwise the moderators will delete your post as it is against the rules to post a service tag number.
 
To see if the mini-card is actually installed, you will need to take things apart.  See the following:

thank you so much if I open the notebook can't claim like insurance cos this is technical intervention so I scared spoild,cos my notebook is so new. is there any way that I solve wi-fi problem. thanks for helping.
