Broadcom 57xx and 440 and network boot disk

I updated my b57.cab and b44.cab files on my Bart's network boot disk to get my Dell D510 and D610 laptops to boot to the network for imaging purposes.  Thanks for the folks who posted the following as commenting OUT the [B44] and [B57] lines in the b57.ini and b44.ini files as well as adding the speed and duplex values is what ultimately worked for me.  The text of the b44.ini file is listed below as I used it and is similar to the b57.ini that worked for me also (***the [B44] is commented out and wouldn't work for me otherwise***)
