Broadcom Gigabit on 600m

I just got a new 600m and am installing Windows XP Pro on it. I cannot get the Broadcom gigabit integrated ethernet card drivers installed. I am missing the drivers and utilities cdrom. I downloaded the drivers from Dell and still nothing.
 
What am I missing here?

Try installing the chipset drivers first.

I installed the chipset drivers but still have the same problem. Is it because I waited too long to install them? I don't understand?

Now that the chipset drivers are installed, try installing the divers for the network device.

Thanks alot for your help. Your suggestion seems to have helped. Also, I noticed the only Broadcom driver that worked for me is the 6.64.0.0 version. None of the other 3 versions I found worked.
