Broadcom & Vista???

I have Vista Ultimate....whenever i check the problems/solutions it says that the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 2 is incompatible...and go to broadcom.com to check for any updates/drivers.

 

Does anyone know if it's out there anywhere i can't find it....I downloaded my Broadcom NIC 440x 10/100 integrated driver from the broadcom website but it didn't work. I know Vista has a native driver for it but i thought maybe it will change the Control Suite 2 compatibility issues.

 

Anyway if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated....
