Broadcom wireless adapter prob. with Win 7 (XPS420)

Hello -  Just upgraded my XPS 420 to Win 7, + bought new Linksys router and experiencing problems connecting to internet.   Have spent about 3 hours w/ Linksys tech support (incl L2) and they suggest upgrading the adapter driver.   The adapter has an excellent connection to the router, but can not get an IP address sometimes - or connection is a slow crawl.  

Can anyone help me locate the link for this driver & install instructions?    Dell support site sends me in circles.    Broadcom 8.02.11g wireless adapter.    Have seen a thread indicating this is actually found on the ASUS website (which I downloaded), but reluctant to install without verification.     Thanks!
