did someone by chance change your security settings or privacy settings?

Even though you have spybot, it doesn't necessarily protect your computer unless you run it periodically.  I suggest that you run Spybot, update its definitions and then run it to check your computer for problems, when it finishes, let it remove anything that it finds.  If that doesn't fix the problem, see the following message and download, HijackThis, then post your log on one of the recommended spyware forums where a HijackThis expert can look at it and tell you what to do.

Thanks for all the help. I'm looking to see if my privacy settings have been changed and checking the spybot. I hope that will solve my problem.
