Bugbatter i'm still having the same problem

Thanks for trying to help but it didn't.  This all started out with updating Windows.  dell recommended i download about 54 updates.  Before that i wasn't having any problems with anything.  Could you maybe suggest something else?  All your help is greatly appreciated.
