Built in Bluetooth adaptor not working

Question

Hi I have had an Inspiron laptop for a number of years now and recently had to have a new hard drive in it so have had all the Windows Softwear etc re-installed by a professional. The built in Bluetooth does not work however. I have found out that I need to install the driver and have found the following on the Dell site. Will this be OK to install on a Inspiron that is probably 7 years old. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/uk/en/19/DriverDetails?driverId=DK51N It's a company Laptop so I don't want it to effect anything else. I am not on any form of network or managed system, but do not want it to effect the WiFi link I have to printers at work. Can someone offer me some advice. Thanks Adam
