built in wireless turned off?

I have a Latitude D400 and when trying to connect wireless get the messge to turn on the wireless. I think there is a keyboard combination to toggle the wireless on and off but do not know what it is. Connects great when using my Netgear card, but would like the option of using the built in connectivity. Anybody know the keyboard combination?

Other options include:

To just disable radio - right click on WLAN MinPCI Utility icon (bars) and click enable/disable radio, or enter Utility and do it from there.

To disable/enable the connection go to Network Connections (one way is via Control Panel/ Classic View) and right click on the Wireless Connection. Click on the enable/disable option.
