Can't get modem to work

I bought my 5150 a while ago, it has bios A23 on it and have been using it with only ethernet/wireless since I got it.  Today though I tried to use it with the modem and whatever I did I couldn't get it to work.  In the control panel -> Phone and Modem Options, it shows my modem but in the tab "Attached to" it says Not present.  So I decided to look in my bios.  The bios shows it as Disabled, but I can't move down to enable it.  I can only adjust the time/date.  I'm assuming this is my problem but for the life of me I can't get it enabled.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
