Can't save changes for OpenDNS setup

Hello,

I'm unable to save the changes that I'm trying to implement when switching to OpenDNS on my home wifi on my DELL Venue 1040. I enter the DNS numbers, 208.67.222.222 and then 208.67.220.220, then I cannot hit "save" as if it requires another change to the settings.

Please help.
