It would help to know the make and model of the computer, the version of Windows, the type of connection (wired ethernet or wireless), and whether or not this computer has ever successfully connected to this network before.

Make/Model: Dell desktop

Windows: XP

Connection: Wired Ethernet

Computer connected fine on Friday and has never had any problems.  It can not be the router, as 23 others in the office have internet.

Click the Start button;

       Click Run;

   On the Open box of the Run window

        Type "cmd" & click OK, the Command Prompt (black) window appears;       On the command prompt, type the ff.  ipconfig /flushdns - "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache" appears;  arp -d * - The command may or may not give a result, just ignore it netsh winsock reset - "Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog. You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset." appears;        Restart/reboot the computer normally & try again once back at WinXP.

I downloaded it and did the "repair" and now it is rebotting.  Is there anything else I need to do or should this have fixed the problem?
