can not connect to workgroup

can anyone help me.

i'm using dell e6320.

i can not see or connect with other PC on the same workgroup if i'm using wireless connection.

but its visible and the printer sharing working if using network cable connection.

Note:

1. Others PC on my workgroup running on windows XP.

2. Wireless connection adapter : Intel Centrino Advanced N-6205
