Cannot connect speakers to Latitude E6410
I can connect the JBL Flip 2 to my laptop but while it tries to install it is unsuccessful. Under the hardware tab it states - Bluetooth peripheral device 3 times. I tried troubleshooting by right clicking the speaker icon in the bluetooth devices and it says the peripheral device is not installed and directs me to the broadcom website to download one. I download as instructed but it stops and states that the upgrade cannot happen and to contact the manufacturer of the bluetooth device.
If I look at the properties of the speaker I get the following message - The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
In the driver tab it states there are no driver files for this device.
I have no idea how to fix this problem It appears I have bluetooth installed but it isn't accepting any devices. I've tried with other bluetooth devices and the same. I've paired the speaker with both my kindle and other laptop.
Please help
