Which browser(s) are you using? If you are using more than one, does this happen with all of them?
Check your firewall, anti-virus, and browser settings. Something may have changed after a recent update to any one of them. Some have special settings for secure websites, such as banks.

kcurreri,
Are you using Internet Explorer? Some banks use ActiveX and some browsers do not support this.
If you have a 64-bit system...
Start, in search, type
internet
You should see...
Try using Internet Explorer that does NOT have (64-bit) after it.
