Please provide a better description.  Have you tried rebooting your computer?  Exactly what does the screen look like?  Are you sure the keyboard is plugged in?  Can you boot to Safe Mode?

I'm sorry, but from this end of the internet I cannot see what is going on and you have not described the problem sufficienctly for me to even begin to help you.  Hopefully somoeone else will come along and be able to decipher what you trying to describe.  Good luck.

when I go to connection it does not show my connection option, when I try to rebuild my connection it want let me do that either, and I also have a notebook and the keyboard will not work in can use my finger scroll, but nothing else.

Do you have a router?  Can you log into the router to check the connection or put in the internet username and password?
 
apart from that, as the guy above me said, teh message is very random!

It sounds like the first thing you need to do is to power off the notebook PC. Press and hold the power button until it either triggers an automatic shutdown OR after 10 - 30 seconds, blacks out the system.
IF the keyboard is responding on the boot up next, then press and release the F8 every one second until it gives you the safe mode screen and see what you can do first in safe mode.
