Cannot connect to the work pc thru remote desktop connection...PLS HELP!

Hi All,

 

I have downloaded the VPN correctly, and am connected to the network at my office. But everytime i try to remotely access my PC at work, or ping any PC there, it says wrong computer name or cannot find host. The IP addresses are correct, and there are no firewall issues. What can I do? Please help. This is extremely frustrating! :smileymad:
