Cannot connect to Tiscalli
Since buying my Dell Inspiron 1501 using Windows Vista, I have not been able to connect to the internet. I have a Tiscali Speedtouch 330 modem and connecting to Tiscali failed. I approached Tiscali who told me I needed a Speed Touch 510 modem and they sent me one. However this did not connect and Tiscali now say I should now contact Dell and have all my software taken off and reloaded. Can anyone help please, is this correct?
