Cannot Download drivers

Use the Dell FTP Website it consists of direct links and is less problematic.

As much as it is nice to have a more direct link to the FTP locations, Your company is still experiencing server issues, as I work for a IT Dept. that uses Dell laptops and computers and can not update the drivers due to the main website nor the FTP site due to the File Server consistently either going down, dropping connections or packets. We have all tested this at our individual homes and we all have the same issue.

It would be much better if Dell just fixed their file servers and their website.

I don't work for Dell. I am a forum user like yourself and have already left much feedback for drivers and downloads.
