Cannot install wireless adaptor... please help!!

Question

Ok, i have just reformatted and reinstalled XP, everything is good and installed how it was except my Belkin wireless adaptor so conect to my router. This worked fine before with no installation problems, i must of spent well over 8 hours today on the phone to dell and belkin who seem to just be throwing back and forth with no help at all!!. Ok, in device manager my adaptor shows up but with a yellow '!' mark and under properties it says : 'This device cannot start. (code 10)' Am i missing something? also, when i go to 'network connections' all that is there is the broadcom 'local area conenction'. I would be so so greatful if anyone could help me with this Thanks in advance, Mike

Have you tried removing the device from Device Manager, rebooting, then reinstalling the drivers for the adapter? Steve
