cannot log onto website

I cannot complete an Internet Transaction, as the payment page disappears or pictures flash

and are gone.  Can print the page and the lost items are shown.  Also a script message, "scripts

are usually safe. Do you want to allow scripts to run?.  This pops up 4 or 5 times.  Can you help?
