Did you install the chipset drivers as the firsts device drivers installed after reinstalling Windows? Without the chipset drivers presence, Windows will not be able to recognize or properly install drivers for many devices.

Guess what I did? I removed this mpci for a few minutes and re-started my computer and then it recognized the card. Thank you for your response.
