Can't connect to any network

hello,

my laptop is dell inspiron n5010 and I have win 7 64bit home edition , I had a virus called win32.sality or something like that , that made all my program stop working , I downloaded an antivirus , and some message asked me to activate some kind of firewall and I presses ok , the wireless network changed to limited connectivity , I tried to reinstall the wireless driver , nothing happened , later , the available wireless networks disappeared , so I connected the network cable to connect to the internet using ethernet , it didn't work as well , I downloaded the network drives , uninstalled them and installed them again , now the device manager has the following under the network adapter section:

Intel(R) wifi link 1000 BGN
Realtek PCIe FE Family controller

with yellow ! next to their names , and when I double click any of them , it's written that the device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device(code 31)

some support forums suggested that I install the chipset first , I did , no change .

something that I think is worth mentioning is that I tried to connect to the internet using a broadband usb stick that should have nothing to do with any drives , but it didn't work as well

and I don't have any backup or restore points

is there any solutions?

yassser,

When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

yassser,

If there is a Dell System Software, it will be listed under System Utilities. It will no show up unless you select an operating system.

Install everything under System Utilities, then Chipset. Go to Network, install your ethernet adapter. If you're not sure which wireless adapter you have installed, go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag, then select original configuration. Look for your wireless adapter. Then go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag, select your operating system and under network you'll find the drivers for your adapter. Under applications, download and install Dell QuickSet(unless you have a business model, they use Dell Control Point)

Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

thanks

I installed the system software , then the chipset , then the Quickset , then reinstalled the network drive , still the same problem , do I have to install the audio and the video and the rest of the list before installing the network adapter drive ?

and I think its worth mentioning that when I ty to connect using the usb broadband stick  , it gives me this message "error 720 a connection to the remote computer could not be established" , when i searched for a solution for this error , I found many people talking about it , does that help explain things in any way?

yassser,

You downloaded and installed in this order...

Dell System Software

Intel HM57 Express Chipset Family

Realtek RTL8103T Ethernet Controller

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000

Then downloaded and installed Dell Quickset

Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

Can you run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here

yassser,

I don't see any network adapters showing.

Is this a new hard drive or still the original hard drive? If original, then try Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings

It sounds like your installation of Windows was not complete.

yassser,

Using factory image restore, it will make the computer the way it was when you first got it.
