Can't Download when Uploading
I recently bought myself a Dell XPS 8700 with Intel i7-4790, 16gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745, and Dell Wireless 1704 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz). Windows 10. All relevant and critical drivers are up to date.
For some reason, whenever I try to upload anything, my download speeds are practically zero. Upload speeds seem fine the entire time though. I understand that its normal for download speeds to slow down a bit, but this is not a little bit. I am unable to do anything with the internet when I'm uploading something. This does not happen on my previous desktop, laptop, phone, nor tablet.
If anyone can help me out please! I'm a photographer that does a lot of uploading and this is really affecting my ability to get work done.

Hi,
Is this happening on one network or do you see this happening on any network you connect to? Have you tried testing the system when it's hard wired in using an ethernet cable by any chance? (just to confirm it's a problem only with the wireless connection / card and not something that is happening across the system).
What router are you connecting to? Make & model? Are the other systems that are connecting wirelessly to it also running Windows 10? I wonder if the router has to be updated to utilize the newer drivers for Windows 10. When is the last time you (or whomever owns it) updated the firmware on it?
