Hi viveksan3,

According to the screenshot of Device Manager that you have posted, it appears that your system was shipped with Dell Wireless 1502 802.11b/g/n wireless card. It is a standalone wireless card and doesn't have Bluetooth capability. Please share if you were able to connect to Bluetooth devices prior to upgrading to Windows 8.  Also, please share if you were using any external Bluetooth adapter/dongle to connect.

Please reply with the information. I would be glad to assist.

Hi viveksan3,

It appears that the system doesn't have the hardware for the Bluetooth to work. However, you have certain options.

Either you can upgrade the standalone Dell wireless 1502 card with a Bluetooth enabled wireless combo card such as Dell wireless 1701 and Dell wireless 1702 combo cards which are compatible with the system or you can also purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter. Please refer the image below:

Hope this helps. Please reply for any other questions.
