Can't find my wireless connection

I spoke to a Dell Technician, and he said that my computer has a Wireless card 1350 in it, however i cannot get internet on campus that has hotspots.  I do not even have a wireless connection file in network connections, only LAN connection.

Question is, how can I set up/configure my wireless connection to pick up internet on campus, and what can I do, where can I find it on my system - i'm at a lost.
