Since you haven't told us which model computer you have, it is difficult to provide details.  On most Dell models, the chipset drivers must be installed before even attempting to install drivers for any other devices.  Did you install the chipset drivers first?

Since the chipset drivers have to be installed before attempting to install other device drivers, did you try reinstalling the drivers for the network adapter again after installing the chipset drivers?  If so, you can try going into Device Manager, uninstalling the etherent network controller, rebooting, then reinstalling the ethernet network drivers.  If that doesn't work, you may have to start all over, this time installing the drivers in the correct order.

1)i install chipset.... ask me to restart com.. i did..
2)i extract intel 10/100 LOM (network driver) and install it...
3) then i extract intel 10/100 LOM (network diagnostics) and install it..
4)then i go to device manager.. but end up didnt see any network....

You may have to start over.  Reformat and reinstall Windows, install the chipset drivers, then install all of the other drivers.
