Can't Get Bluetooth Enabled! Help!

Hoping someone can help me out, I've reached a dead end in my attempt to enable the bluetooth on my Inspiron 1720...

I realized that I do not have a bluetooth icon in my windows taskbar, and after researching, determined that the Windows Vista SP2 took away this feature, and new driver needs to be installed. So I have been attempting to download the Dell Driver that applies to 'Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module (Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR)" (http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&catid=5&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&hidlang=en&hidos=WLH&impid=-1&os=WLH&osl=EN&scanConsent=False&scanSupported=True&servicetag=H6GTND1&SystemID=INS_PNT_PM_1720&TabIndex=&typeid=-1)

After installing and unzipping the file, I receive an error message that this download is only for Windows Vista - but I have Windows Vista!

Any ideas why the driver would provide such an error message?
