cant get email
i cannot open any password protected site ie email,banking etc. i followed all the instructions in tools and still i cant get in on my exp insreon lap top.
No Events found!

So, you must be using web based email rather than accessing it through Outlook Express or some other email program, is that right? Does the same thing happen at other secure sites? Check to make sure you system date and time are correct, as this could prevent you from reaching these sites. Have you looked at the Microsoft article I linked in my last reply?

Exactly what instructions in "tools" did you follow? Which version of Windows are you running? Exactly what happens when you try to get to these sites. If you are running Windows XP, have you tried the suggestions at:

Can you get to other sites on the internet? Are you absolutely certain that the date and time is correct on your computer? Please try to give detailed answers rather than "I did it all".

If you did everything in the Microsoft article that I linked in my first post, then the only thing I can suggest is to back up your perishable data and reinstall Windows. Sorry.
