Can't Install Wireless Drivers

Question

For the past few months, the dell wireless icon was not showing up in my system tray. I thought maybe reinstalling it would fix this, so I uninstalled it from Add/Remove programs and downloaded the latest drivers from this site.

I have a Dell Wireless 1350 WLAN MiniPCI Card. When I try running setup I get the following error:

Error "Update 576" has occured and Setup cannot continue.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

I'm having this exact same error pop up when trying to install drivers for my dell 1450 WLAN. I have tried installing in safe mode, as well as installing the original drivers from the disk. Any help would be appreciated.

Try disabling the Antivirus/firewall software? Remember be sure to turn off your wireless router when doing this so you don't connect to the internet w/the software turned off.
