Caught in a loop

Question

Suddenly I cannot access my bank's online service.  Bank (after three hours of doing stuff on DOS) says it is the Internet Provider's fault.  After three hours with Internet Provider, they say it is Dell's fault or the bank's fault.  I have checked secure sites and all that with everyone.  We have run a trace and it stops at five pings.  It is the ONLY secure site I am having any problems with at all.  I have not changed any settings, it suddenly stopped working.  HELPPPPP can anyone suggest anything to help?  I do all my banking online and this is a HUGE problem for me.   Creedrapso

Tracert to the IP address you want and see where it stops.  Look up that address on the 'whois' database.
