Citrix program is shutting down computer

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right area.  But I am having some major problems with logging in to my citrix.  I can log in, then just as soon as I click on the program I want to get into, its starts loading then a very loud beep sounds and my computer shuts off... any idea what it could be?? I tried uninstalling the program then reinstalling it. even installed an updated version and it worked once or twice now its back to shutting off again.  I am very nervous.  I need to get in it for work and this is a brand new computer. less than 3 months old.  The insirion 9300.. i thought i did good..please help
