My computer slows down and then it gives me a page saying that this page cannot be displayed what gives on this?

Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.
If this happens on only specific pages, it's more than likely it's an issue with the page itself and there's nothing you can do from your end except try to contact the webmaster of that page.
