Connected to wireless network but internet explorer cannot display the webpage

I have a new Inspiron that until recently connected to the internet.  It still connects to my wireless connection but cannot connect to the internet.

- I've tried the diagnose connection problems and the result is that "windows could not find any problems with this computer's network connection."

- I're tried command prompt netsh winsock reset but it hasn't worked.

I'm using another laptop on the same wireless connection with no problems.

 

Any help is appreciated.
