It's difficult to answer your question without knowing which model computer you have, which version of Windows you are running, and which wireless network adapter is installed.

Some models have a switch on the left hand side.  If yours has a switch, is turned on?  Other models require that you use the Fn F2 key combination to turn the wireless adapter on.  Have you tried that?

Steve Thanks so much...after two days and a Verizon tech and tech from Wireless on the Broadband Reports.com...I got it. Not sure what the issue was but the card wasn't allowing me to complete the setup required to get the laptop online wireless while keeping the two PC's online via the router. I just kept pecking around until I finally hit something and bingo, I was online. The network wizard kept telling me that it couldn't complete the process but must have been my lucky day. Thanks for your input.
