Connecting to a network

Question

Is it normal that I have to disable the message confirming connection for the unit to work on a network. My Inspirion was working fine and then one day, whoops, not working. Of course the mother board just blew, maybe that had something to do with it. Gotta love next business day warranty. It is a load of you know what. Seems the next business day is after the decide to ship, so if it is a slow boat from China, chill your jets guys and gals. False advertising to me. I want them to refund the cost of the extended warranty, plus taxes and accrued interest. When the thing blows, good ridance!
