constant pop up from wifi

My wifi screen pops up every 5 seconds. It's horribly annoying and I have no idea how to get it to stop. Even when i turn the switch off on the side (I have a built in blue tooth/wireless card).

The header on the screen says "Wi-Fi Catcher Network Locator Available Networks".

Is there an easy way to shut these stupid pop-ups off?!
