Constantly dropping network connection on Juniper VPN Network Connect, error message received = nc.windows.app.23711

I am baffled and so is my network systems team. I just got a new Dell XPS system with Windows 7 Home Premium.  When I installed Juniper's Network Connect 7.0 it all installed fine.  I can connect to my company's VPN, but throughout the day I get kicked off at random times.  I receive the same message, nc.windows.app.23711, which according to what I have found on the internet, has something to do with ROUTING TABLES and a conflict between Juniper's client and some other installed program.  However I do not have any of these conflicting programs installed.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hey Powaysean,

When  you say after installing the Juniper VPN network you are having the problems. Can you uninstall the program and check if it happens or is that the only way you can connect to the network??

I have uninstalled and re-installed the program. But this program is the only way I can connect to my VPN.
