Creating a customized setup for Wireless 1350

Question

I am trying to create a customized setup for the Dell trueMobile 1350 card and need some help. What I am trying to do is have the setup install without any user intervention and have the Preferred Network setup with all the configurations. I believe the setup.ini file could do this I just need to know the commands to use. Does anyone know where I could find this information? Thanks
