it's definitely slow ... but hard drive to hard drive tests (especially with a laptop) aren't that indicative of network performance. do you have a 4200 rpm drive in the laptop? try to find a testing program that looks at memory to memory transfers.
also, consider gigabit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16833328003
it's by no means the best in terms of gigabit performance, but for $10, it's hard to beat

Sorry ,it was my problem.
It was wrong gateway in tcp/ip configuration.
works perfect and quick.
1 gb file - around 3 min transfer,which is acceptable
