D600 drops network connection when docked
I have a Dell D600 that when docked drops network connection many times per day. If I connect ethernet cable directly to laptop it never drops connection. I have tried 2 different docking stations and the same occurs and they work fine with another D600. Any suggestions? Drivers? etc?

and I have the same issue ! with the added complication that it tends to then disable the NIC in the Bios ! I regularly use 4 different dock stations and the problem only occurs on one of 8 laptops which do the same thing.
current workaround is swap the hard drive over to a working laptop and put the failing one in a draw !! but now someone needs to use it so need to get it fixed ! especially as they are totally non-technical and trying to talk them through bios settings is not an option !
