D600 Intelpro wireless 2200 - problems

This is the 2nd message I have posted regarding the Intel Pro Wireless 2200 and the Dell D600. 

 

I have now setup another D600 and would like to recommend this laptop + Intel Pro Wireless to my clients.  However, there is something not right with that IntelPro wireless card and I can't seem to find any resolution.

 

Dell technical support offers no help, Intel can't find help, etc.

 

Problem: When I finally get the wireless card to connect to an available wireless access, either home router (netgear g) or hotspot.  It works fine for all of 5 minutes and then blue screen of death. I have to disable the wireless card and only use the regular wired NIC and everything is fine, no blue screen.

 

This is now the same with the new laptop just opened and setup.  Connected fine to building hotspot and worked OK for a short time and then blue screen and now cannot connect to building hotspot.

 

I am at my wits end trying to resolve this problem with 2+ D600 laptops and hope someone can add their comments on how all of this should be configured.
