This may be a silly question.   How do I disable the 'Wireless Network Connected' popup without disabling the wireless network connection?   Thanks, Steve

If you're using the Intel PROSet/wireless utility, open it up and go to Tools > Application Settings. There are some checkboxes under 'Notifications' that you can uncheck to get rid of the popup baloons.
