If you go into the BIOS setup program, is the integrated network adapter enabled there?
 
If you go into Device Manager and expand the listing for Network Adapters, does the ethernet network adapter show up in the list?

thanks for your answer Device(NIC) is well known by the device manager . I dont see if the device is well enabled in the bios I'll check this tomorrow morning But I find that a little bit silly that the NIC is badly configurated in BIOS and well known in the O/S . I m

If it shows up in Device Manager, then it is enabled in the BIOS. 
 
Open Device Manager, expand the listing for Network Adapters, right click the nework adapter and select Properties.  Is there a Power Management tab?  If so, click on it and make and uncheck the box next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

Thx volcano for answer again :) Already done ... and the quickset too I dont know what to do next :) Maybe an obscur reg key ... anyone else ?

I finnaly fixed the issue . After and hour i just decide to uninstall the NIC in the device manager and search for plug and play hardware And its just working fine all this time for this :'(
