Del installed software
Reinstalled Win 7 professional. Dell installed software missing. Using Dell web site, then registered laptop. When trying to access Dell downloads, error message- "xml error( object error). Screen frozen with message : examining your computer. Please wait". I waited 1 hour. no luck. Tried several times .

My Dell Downloads was broken, retry the registration or logging in with the username and password you tried on the first attempt. I've been told by one of my Dell contacts its now fixed.
