Dell 2162DS KVM HTTPS issue with IE

We have been using the KVM since 11/12 but as of about 2 months ago, when accessing it via HTTPS, ALL attached Devices doesn't show in IE.  All other menu options are available, just Devices never pop up.   It works fine in other browsers so we think its a Windows patch that caused it but not sure which one.  Anyone else have this issue and found  a fix?
