dell-bad customer service,and computer never works!
I was told that Dell was the best? And for a year i had no problems.,Then my hard drive failed? They put a new one in and my computer still not working.Everytime you call dell support.it takes forever while you get passed around and then its sooo hard to understand what they are saying because they are all in another country. And i found that they dont know much more then i,and i dont know much about computers.my last call to them was 3 hours long and my computer still is not working right?
Is there anywhere i can call a Dell person who speaks english? Or who actually will just come and fix the problem? Considering i'm still making payments to them for a product that wasn't worth the cost.:emotion-7:

I can't answer this question either.
But seriously, unfortunately Dell outsources their stuff, so you can't get much help with English speaking people. Unless you have warranty with in home service, you probably will not get someone from Dell to come to your home to fix it. Why don't you explain what is wrong and maybe someone on the forums can help. You said they put in a new hard drive and it's not working. What exactly is it doing, or not doing?

1. Why has this been posted in the 'Networking...' forums section?
2. What system do you have, and what OS are you using?
3. What are the problems? Someone on the forums might be able to offer advice, but we need to know what the problems are, first?
4. Is your system still under warranty? If it's not... the fact that you're still making payments on it, is neither here nor there.
And only if the system is still under warranty, is there the possibility of a visit from a technician/engineer being arranged :emotion-55:
