1. I cannot find any post of yours in the deleted section?
2. I would have to speak with that rep. Our dispatch tool will not allow us to setup a monitor exchange without one of these Dell numbers -
Order, Customer, or Service Tag. Did they provide to you their email address?

I apologize Chris, I have mistaken another thread I had saved on the topic for my own, and some digging through old emails demonstrated that you DID NOT censor my reply.  I'm editing the above out, as I was 100% incorrect.

In regards to the monitor, I did not get the rep's email address.  We spoke over the phone, and he assured me that the U2412M is protected by a 3 year warranty from the date of its manufacture despite their inability to assign me an order# or service tag.  This does NOT mean it's eligible for any kind of monitor exchange, but  a standard hardware warranty still applies.
