Dell Desktop Stuff

Does anyone have any idea how to remove "stuff" from the Dell Desktop?  When I connected to the internet on my new Dell Inspiron it goes to a Dell Desktop and there is a link to add things like games and photos that load up when the desktop loads. 

The bad thing is that I can't see a way to remove the stuff and I added so many items this page takes ages to load up.
