Dell fast ethernet 10/100 BAse-TX by 3Com

I do own a dell laptop lattitude CPi and running windows 98. I am having trouble installing the Network card ( Dell fast ethernet 10/100 Base-TX by 3Com). I went on the dell site to see if I might be missing some drivers but all I find out gthere for this particular network card says for windows 2000 only. Does that mean I need to get a windows 2000 to be able to use this card? Is this card compatible with windows 98? If yes were can I find the drivers to be able to use this network card. The part number for the network card is 3CCFE575CT-D. A quick responds will be appreciated. Thanks
